I made a homemade soup, using organic Ginger-Miso broth, sliced almonds, chopped scallions, kale and red cabbage, and about four teaspoons of organic Basmati rice, and half a bar of cubed, organic Tempeh.
It was easy to make, didn't take much time, and it is very nutritious and dense in protein. And, it is simply delicious and very filling.
Water to drink, hot herbal tea later.
Dessert will be a 2 inch by 1 inch (tiny cube size) piece of carrot cake. I shouldn't have carrots at all, but I just gotta have it tonight.
