Two Apple Sage smoked Veggie sausages by Field Roast; a handful of chopped kale and two big chunks (buds) of cauliflower. All pan seared in coconut oil; then topped off with my favorite Caesar salad dressing, with a sprinkling of chia seeds. It hit the spot after a busy day at work.
