Default Feeling

Today I finished physical therapy. It was the end of my time with my natural healer. That squeezed my heart a lot. He took me from having a useless arm back to health in record time. We grew from doctor - patient to dear friends. I wrote him a thank you note similar to the song to Sir With Love and a gift to take his wife out for a nice meal. My heart will miss him in 2020. What a great experience that came from me falling down. We shared a great hug and both cried a little. How do I thank someone for all that he did for me then turn away and walk out. So hard. It's like walking away from yumminess, like your best friend, and like happiness.
