I went grocery shopping today and found some interesting items for dinners.
I'm having Red Quinoa stir fry w/veggies (mini corns, sugar snap pea pods, water-chestnuts, broccoli buds and slivered almonds) with Orange Miso sauce. There is even tiny red peppers in it, the spicy kind.
Water to drink. Hot herbal tea, later.
Walnuts and cashews, for dessert.
