Spring salad with tuna, lemon/olive oil dressing, pepper, and a tiny bit of salt while I sit at my desk and listen to an all company meeting. Very tasty.
Most employees are having lunch with the bosses after this meeting, but I'm just not in the mood. Would rather continue working while I eat at my desk.
My manager won't like this (she loooooves for her team to show up for these meetings/luncheons), but it's the best I can do today.
