I am having a "Tofurkey" type meatless patty (which has jalapeno bits in it) and broccoli buds and edamae, which I pan seared in evoo.

I am smothering it all in my favorite vegan Caesar salad-type dressing.

a small cup of Orange juice and water to drink.

Herbal tea for dessert.
