I might just make a small bowl of Oatmeal, add some chia seeds to it and a couple packettes of Truvia (get my sweet tooth fix) and top it off with coconut cream.
I was thinking of making a warm Mango chutney to spoon over it too.
Not sure what the end result will be, but that's what I might do in a bit.
