I'm trying to reign in my life long love and addiction to Albacore Tuna
So, because I'm gonna go on a bike ride this afternoon, I thought I would chow down on a fuck ton of calories and make my favorite non-Tuna salad and have it on Ritz crackers. I pan sear Quorn's 'Fish' sticks, then chop them all up, add my favorite sweet pickle relish and then vegan mayo, sunflower seeds and chia seeds.
I'm stuffed now. Ready to go work it off on my bike ride.
