I know Carl Sagan's TV show,
The Cosmos, is not exactly a documentary, but in my mind, Sagan was no ordinary scientist and his ability to teach about scientific subjects remains of great interest to many, including myself. I like to watch anything I can find on the web, which features Carl Sagan.
