It's soup weather, here at home today. Cold and rainy skies, so soup is on the menu tonight. I'm making a home made soup with organic vegetable broth, diced organic celery, sweet red bell pepper, zucchini, and a couple scoops of split pea, quinoa, and barley soup mix. Garbanzo beans too. And a touch of organic tomato paste. It smells good and I hope it tastes as delicious as it smells.
I've been hydrating with water and intermittently sipping on sparkling mineral water.
I plan to finish the day by having a cup of herbal tea, right before bedtime.
