Cafe clay.....
last 2 nights, I made this:
long grain & brown wild rice on a bed (a few leaves) of spring mix,
halved cherry tomatoes,
black beans,
thinly sliced sweet onion,
avocado slices,
couple tablespoons of rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies,
fresh corn on cob shaved off,
diced cukes,
S & P, Ranch dressing.
I LOVE this, it tastes so good and tomorrow I will add garbanzos...
