I have learned a lot from the very informative posts that have been made here, over the years. Like many, I too thought the documentary Forks Over Knives was worth watching. So very informative.

I recently came across a food documentary that talks about the types of food we eat and how it affects our brain. It's a BBC doc, and I liked it a lot. I have had a life long struggle with food that is sugary or foods that convert instantaneously to sugar in your blood stream. I learned a lot from the presentation of little known food facts in this documentary.
