Sauteed spinach over pasta sauce and chopped meatballs.
While I was sauteing the spinach, I mistakenly used ginger instead of garlic. I added garlic though. And actually, it was pretty good.
The pasta sauce from Sprouts is really good for a sauce in a jar. This time, I got the chunky spicy version.
Lemon water to drink.
Not sure if I want lemon pudding or flan for later??
