I made a chopped and diced soup with a creamy base. Lots of asparagus, onion, a carrot, a chunk of sweet potato and fresh herbs from the porch.
Last night, it was served over a scoop of jasmine rice.
I was thinking tiny shrimp should be in it..lol
So tonight I added imitation crab. Oh my, a delicious litte dish I put together!
