That's sounds delicious. I did not have that for dinner.

Instead, I had what was going to be my lunch and then I kept eating so it became an early dinner too. I had a Hillshire Small Plates (read: fancy lunchable) that had prosciutto, white cheddar and toasted rounds followed by an apple. That was the lunch part.

The rest of it was technically dinner. I had Cheez It Snap'd Jalapeno Jack chips with Cabot Vermont Seriously Sharp White Cheddar pieces torn off and put on top. Basically, I created another lunchable type snack. Oooh! I should have put some bacon jam on the chip too. That would have been good but I didn't think of it and I don't have any bacon jam right now anyway. I did have another apple, some apple chips and some prunes. Lots of water to drink with all that salt.
