It's too hot to cook, so I'm making a simple garden salad for our supper tonight, with a dish of melon balls (cantaloupe, watermelon and honey-dew), and for some type of protein, lol, we will probably have a dessert I like to make which is mostly vanilla dairy-free ice cream with peanut butter and coconut and a drizzle or two of strawberry marmalade.
Chilled spring water to drink.
