Half a cup of Oatmeal with peanut butter, which I stirred in a few chopped walnuts and drizzled Molasses over. Rico cooked up some peppered Bacon and I ate a few slices of Bacon, too. A small cup of coffee and a side of water to drink up. Yummy breakfast.
