I've been very naughty in that I have not gone to the gym much recently. I'm still in the general ballpark for my "normal" weight fluctuations, though I am resting at the top of the range. I feel the difference plus I've been drinking more of my calories lately. Bolthouse Farms makes fruit juices with no added sugar and they are so freaking delicious, I can't stand it. Green Goodness is my favorite.
