Didn't do well today nor this week. I was on the bike for 5 minutes today and just gave up. Started the week off well, but by Wednesday I had the start of a cold and it's been down hill since then. Here are this week's numbers:

– Rode 21.2 miles in 2.26 hours
– Completed 350 arm rolls

Will get it together once I'm rid of this cold.
