Only water to drink, no dessert, this plate was heaping! That's probably what I'll be having tomorrow for lunch as well because J sent enough home with me to help make that happen. Waste not, want not.
Oh BTY she made this using low sodium taco seasoning mix, reduced calorie vegitarian re-fried beans, and Don Pancho carb control wraps. I'd have never purchased anything as healthy sounding as that had she not been there to police. It was so good I was suprised to learn she was striving to help make the meal at least a little healthier than drive up window or ready made store bought until I announced my plans to try making it on my own. She gave me the recipe, wished me good luck and everybody snickered. Not my grandson though. He slept through the entire meal.
