Had a great ride this morning. Clocked in 7.4 miles in 30m 20s. Watched a Garmin biking ride video showing bikers going through the Italian Alps. Stunningly beautiful while listening to the Ohio Players and Shari Addison.
Completed 40 large-circle arm rolls without any problems or pain.
