hi guys...vacation feels so great right now..my best grrl friend is coming over to lunch & making a Paradise Cucumber Salad-

(Thinly sliced) Cucumber
Sliced Purple Onion
(Finely chopped) Mint Dill & Parsley
)Sprinkled over Cucumber)1/2 a lemon
Pink Salt-
(Lightly toss together)
In a small bowl-mix together
Plant based Yogurt
Plant based Sour Cream
1 tsp. maple syrup or agave
Lightly mix into salad (according to taste).
Serve cold w Sesame Crackers
Then shopping...new coffee place & Pool party tonight...I'll have to be creative as i'm not wearing a swim suit...decisions decisions...listening to
