Especially if you asked her out...
Open all car doors, carry whatever she needs you to, and walk curbside anytime you're on a sidewalk.
If you really want to impress her, you could order for her at the restaurant, if she smokes, light her cigarette, etc.
Buy her some flowers or a corsage if you take her out for the first time, to a dance, or on a holiday.
