Haven't rode in days because of a UTI but saw a nurse yesterday and am already better. Thank goodness.

I seldom take long breaks from riding because I worry that I might not ever want to get back on the bike if I'm away too long, but that hasn't happened yet.

Had a nice ride this morning while watching a nighttime virtual walking tour of downtown Detroit.

This morning I rode 4 miles in less than 22 mins. It's good being back on the bike.
