I fully intended to have a real dinner like a grown up but then I realized that I didn't have any protein thawed out enough for my taste. I don't like to rush the thawing process. Food tastes different when you do.
Sooo...back to the toasted sourdough (although a different brand than the other night) with yogurt butter but I had TWO Cosmic Crisp apples tonight. Juice blend with the toast and water with the apples.
