Pumpkin Dessert (dump cake)
1 lg can pumpkin
1 lg can evaporated milk
2 t vanilla
2 t pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 sticks of butter, melted
1/2 or 2/3 c chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Beat together well:
Pumpkin
Milk, vanilla, spice, eggs, sugar
Put into greased(buttered) 13x 9 pan.
Sprinkle cake mix over top, covering pumpkin mixture. Pour melted butter over cake mix, trying to cover throughly.
Bake 350° for 55 min
Serve with whip cream.
Better than pumpkin pie!
