If somebody has a great idea for a project with big embellishes, and everyone agrees in advance to the cost of postage, I don't see a problem with it. I don't want to just automatically rule out anything that might be a great project, if everyone who signs up agrees to the costs. I wouldn't want to do all, or even most projects on a large scale, but I don't want to limit us.
(Off topic: I cannot WAIT to get our projects! I got a package with no return address today that was flat and the right size, and I thought, "Wow, that was quick!" I was so disappointed when I opened it and found a pair of earrings - even though I really do want the earrings, but I could have waited a little longer for those.
