I’ve done lots of walking over the past three weeks. Lots of housework, too.
I added bicycle riding into my weekly mix of exercise activities. My honey rides his bike daily and I follow his lead, lol, naturally. ❤️

Here is a tune I listen to when I’m walking for pleasure or riding my bike for pleasure…. I put it on looped, auto play and keep exercising until I nearly can’t make it back home ( that’s what taxis are for, lol).
