Thanks, Silver!! My case thusly IS mild. I didn't get blisters at all. Saw eye DR yesterday, they are not IN my eye, but on eyelid, face.

These are painful enough! Sounds like you had a severe case.

I got the shingrix vaccine series of 2, so that afforded me a much milder case!!
