I picked up a homemade meatloaf from the grocery store I like to shop at, nearby: Apricot Chipotle Meatloaf with a summer salad that is made with Orzo pasta, feta cheese, vine ripe tiny tomatoes, and olives. Chilled Hibiscus tea to drink. We might have gelato for dessert (Toasted Coconut).
