Had a good ride this morning while mourning the loss of Carla Bley. Watched a Master Class on Black History, Freedom, and Love on Hoopla. That helped to counter the sadness of Bley.
Have started taking notes again. I miss keeping exercise notes and it helps me be consistent.
Hoping everyone is getting in a step or two.
