Had an okay ride this morning while watching the sun rise. Didn't really want to ride, but didn't it anyway and am glad I did. If nothing else, I like filling in my spreadsheet. The sky was gorgeous and worth getting up to see.

My numbers are low and that's okay. Think I'll go to the mall with a friend later today and will get some steps in. I'm getting in more steps than ever.
