Stuffed mushrooms. So good.
We stopped at the grocers after my friend’s PT appt and stuffed mushrooms were on sale. I usually chop them into quarters and add to pasta, but I was so hungry I ate them as they were and it hit the spot. I waited too long to eat and felt better in minutes after the first bite.
I bought enough for tonight so I may add them to the pasta I have.
Had pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate for dessert.
