An emerald bliss smoothie with a bunch of green veggies, some ginger, and an apple.
Saturday night I had a pain in my hip that reminded me that, even if I can dance with these knees, I still have arthritis in other parts of my body.
For me, the best things for my arthritis are veggies, water, no sugar.
So, I’m starting today with a green smoothie even though there’s an apple-cinnamon donut waiting for me..
