Lunch
Avacado toast. Sliced avacado and sliced hard boiled egg. I sprinkled chipotle sea salt and dotted it with green sauce. Oh sooo good!
BUT... no toast. I'll trade those carbs for something else later. 
Veggie nibbles, celery, cherry tomatoes, red peppers, cucumber and a couple of black olives.
Diet coke.
