Did you hear the song on a local jazz radio station?? I ask because we have a jazz radio station (2, actually) here in our metro area: KMHD (on campus at Mt Hood Community College) and KBOO, both stations have producers who would know or could find out this type of music trivia. If your jazz radio station played it, I’m guessing they would know. But if not, let me know because I might could give you contact info to both radio stations here and I’m betting they could help you, my friend.
