I saw Stevie perform this at Madison Square Gardrens in 1979. Carlos Santana was his opening act and Carlos asked everyone to say a prayer before he started his set. That was the first time I gave a silent mormnt at a concert. I’ve put “seeing Stevie in concert again” on my bucket list. I’ll get tickets if he comes home to The Mitten again.
