Today I made a small batch of pancakes with big blueberries and slivered almonds. I made them with Bob’s Red Mill Buttermilk pancake mix. I had one of them and the rest is for my meals over the next few mornings.
I topped off one pancake with butter and organic maple syrup and two organic eggs, Sunnyside up. Yummyyyyy.
Oh, and a cup of coffee with Caramel flavored Oat Milk Creamer.
