I have been predictable with dinner. I have been eating soup for a while. I do change up ingredients, though. Tonight's was feta, tomato, basil, cauliflower, onion, garlic, chick peas, and tofu blended to a puree and then heated in a pot. I've found doing recipes like this yields the amount I need for fiber and protein, using healthy ingredients. Then, I am free to enjoy my homemade brownies etc. since I've taken care of the essentials
