Freshly picked strawberries coupled with vanilla protein powder, blueberries, flax milk and maple syrup (for the natural sweetener). It’s sort of a smoothie when you also add a healthy cup of Brown Cow yogurt (from a state up north in the New England, area).
I’ve got a big Ninja mixer of this stuff sitting in the fridge and every time I think I might be hungry, I pour some into a six ounce paper cup and sip on it with a big side of water.
It’s definitely my go-to hunger crusher.
