High(s)...I had many highs today. I needed them. Had a hamburger for lunch from Chili's. Side salad and broccoli instead of fries. Went to Michael's, my happy place. Had vitals taken today, perfect BP, and a weight loss! I had blood drawn and a remark was made, Your well hydrated. (shocker, on that!) I was the patient that was discussed in the weekly call. That call brings in many surgeons, oncologists and doctors. I feel really good with my team. I stopped to give myself a treat. I brought home some little bite size cupcakes from the cupcake store. I needed all these HIGHS today!

Low....Stage 1. Stage 1B to be exact.

I know, it could be worse, but I didn't want any Stage.
