Neat dream! The first thing I think of with the word "postal" is "going postal" but unless you had the urge to kill, that's probably not it. Interesting use of the word "flashing" - perhaps you have a deeply imbedded interest in having people flash you their pretty "postage stamps".
But then maybe you were feeling nostalgic for old friends and old-fashioned customs (like snail mail).
A few days ago I dreamed I hair growing out of my chest that was as long as a hair on my head, and that when I tried to pluck it out, it turned out to be elastic and it stretched out to twice as long before I finally managed to pull it out.
