From New Jersey to California , fresh coffee aroma is jangling me out of bed..

Ever heard of Blue Bottle coffee? A friend of mine orders it fresh roasted & ground and shipped over night from San Francisco. MMm MMMM Mmmm. She made an iced coffee that had to steep over night in a big pot and ...it was wonderful.

I'm doing the oatmeal, whole grain and and orange for breakfast. Shades of high cholesterol....OMG the Doc looked at me over her glasses, and did that Hmmm sound as she read my lab reports.
