Give me pleasure, take the pain
erase from me the shame I've gained
Remind me more of what I possess
not what I've lost, or my carelessness
Please be tender, please be kind
vulnerability you will find
I do what I can and I mean what I say
and I try to bring joy into every day
Have caution though for I am fierce
inside me lies a heart you can pierce
Fool me once, shame on me
fool me twice, I'm done with thee
