Grave Gourmet....by Alexander Campion (his first mystery)
Tonight I had two sauerkraut dogs and a papaya drink at Gray's Papaya on 6th Avenue of all things, because I was going to a book signing at the Mystery Bookstore in the West Village, and there was no time for dinner, and I knew I would have some wine! It was fun, and I bought the book, and I was the first person in the world to buy his book so he was moved, they photographed me with him, and it turns out he lived in Paris for 35 years and was a food critic there so we spoke French, the book involves food, needless to say, so I am looking forward to reading it!
Elle*, fed but not a memorable meal!
