Lipstix, you should try Starbuck's Light Mocha Frappuccino, it has 150 calories for a medium and is very refreshing...kinda like a chocolate milkshake....but with coffee...Hehe..

Thanks Zimmy yeah hell its hot, went to the diner for breakfast instead of something like Jenny Craig for a change. I will try Starbuck's Light Mocha Frappuccino, sounds yummy!! Just gonna watch TV tonight and get some rest had a boring ass day at the internship site Anyway will look into Starbuck's do you have them in Florida?? How about Dunkin Donuts. The lady at the internship site wouldn't let me drink my iced tea today I had to throw it away, what a bitch for sure
