Manchester is the North West lips, but just about South of where I am in Blackpool. We do have really quite a good public transport system here dependent on where you live. I have it good here. Good job really because I'm not a driver - I;m all for green cycling power but Mancs. is just a little too far to cycle nowadays (once upon a time it was easy!)
