Update:
Dropped mama kitty off this morning at 8:00 for spaying. I'll pick her up at 2:00, she'll stay overnight with me and I'll release her in the morning. The kitten is with the neighbor and will go to the vet clinic tomorrow to be put up for adoption.
Oh, I did catch something
wild in the other trap. It wasn't unexpected; I knew the potential for that 'brand' or a raccoon was pretty high. The photo is exactly how it looked when it saw me, too, lol. Needless to say, I released it.
