If you just bail without offering any kind of explanation (sorry guys, I'm going to be late, my pet/child/partner/parent got sick/moved/ate my homework) then I think it's completely appropriate to call them out. It's one thing if life gets in the way--we allll have that happen, but to let it get in the way without any kind of "I'm still here, I'm still invested" is not okay with me.
Selfishness is one of my hot button things, though, and I fully expect that everyone will make and send beautiful mixes of bitchin music

I am going to preface this with saying again that my CD's on other websites have always been on time and will be this time, however, my ONLY reservation in participating is the whining and bitching from some people who don't receive their CD's and the public calling out. I HATE it.
Some people are shy, proud, or have issues they don't want to discuss with us and it upsets me personally
deeply when we focus on what we can receive rather than what we can give with love, expecting nothing in return.
It makes it ugly for me and I suspect several others of us idealists.
I would like to see us all be thankful for what we get and leave it at that.
If you don't receive a CD from your group members maybe drop a PM to me or to someone who has asked if they can send to everyone and give them your address.

That way you get CDs and no one is embarrassed or feels stress or pressure.
I would be happy to send all the CD's you want in whatever style you want.

But please, let's not call anyone out.
Please.
