I ended up making risotto and having a glass of wine...something I rarely do, but it just felt like the evening for it. I'm been pretty productive...more home stuff than work, but some of the work stuff too. Seems like there's always more to clear out...
Don't feel bad Darkcrystal...I've had a couple boxes of old paperwork that needs to be shredded riding around in my trunk for about 3 weeks now.
If I wasn't feeling pooped I'd go get it and shred while I relax and watch TV....maybe....we'll see
Hope that internship starts going better Lips. I know a lot of places use interns for all the mundane tasks that the staff wants to get out of doing...not the point of the internship since you don't learn much that way....but it's pretty common I'm afraid.
It occurred to me that I never posted the risotto recipe for you Lips...sorry about that! Do you still want it?
